Aluminum & Steel Pontoon Cradles  ·  Made in USA

Stop Forklift Damage.

Veeline cradles let dry-stack marinas fork, move, and rack pontoon boats without ever touching a toon. Patented, built in welded aluminum or bolt-together galvanized steel, one at a time in Lincolnton, North Carolina.

01 · The Problem

Forks Meet Toons

Bare forklift forks dent, gouge, and crease pontoons. Every scarred toon is a claim, an angry owner, and a repair bill.

02 · The Fix

The Boat Never Leaves the Cradle

The pontoon rides its cradle from rack to water and back. Forks lift the cradle — never the boat.

03 · The Payoff

Faster Moves, Zero Contact

Crews stage, stack, and launch quicker with a repeatable, secure lift — no blocking, no guesswork, no damage.

Aluminum Series

Built Like the Boats
It Carries

All-aluminum, fully welded construction — light on the forks, naturally corrosion-resistant, and delivered ready to work the day it lands. Every cradle is TIG/MIG welded in our North Carolina shop and serialized with its own capacity plate.

Formed bunk saddles cradle the toons across their full width, with treated-lumber bunks that protect the metal-to-metal interface. Fork pockets are engineered for square, balanced pickup on standard marina forklifts and negative-lift trucks.

Protected by three U.S. patents — one design, two utility. Prefer steel? The same patented geometry is available in a bolt-together galvanized series.

Ships Flat.

Same capacity, different logistics. The steel cradle carries the same 4,200 lb / 24 ft rating as our aluminum model — hot-dip galvanized for corrosion resistance in the marina environment.

Bolt-together design assembles on site. Steel cradles ship knocked-down on pallets, so a volume order that would fill a flatbed with welded frames rides in a fraction of the space. Your crew assembles them with basic hand tools — and the freight savings on multi-unit orders are substantial.

Powder coat option. Match your marina's colors, go high-visibility, or keep the raw galvanized finish — your call.

Every Veeline cradle is cut, fit, and welded in our own shop — not imported, not outsourced. When a marina calls with a custom toon spacing or an odd rack bay, they talk to the people holding the torch.

Ships nationwide. Cradles stack and nest for efficient flatbed freight, and volume orders ship direct to your marina.

For Marinas & Dealers

Put Your Racks
to Work

Dry-stack space for pontoons is revenue most marinas leave on the table — because handling them is risky. Veeline cradles make pontoons rackable, so you can sell storage to the fastest-growing boat segment on the lake.
